Defries and Associates is a London estate Agent.
The intranet presented here is used as a ticketing system to record customer's calls and claims, but it is also a complete internal application allowing them to manage their properties portfolio, their address book, and their staff.
It's a php/mysql intranet built on top of the zend framework.
