CSS3 pseudo-class selector emulation for Internet Explorer 5-8
CSS3 is pretty recent, and as such, CSS3 properties are not yet supported on every browsers. As you can guess, the worst compatible browser is again Internet Explorer. Form Design with Sliding Labels
I found this form design very original and effective. Each row of the form is composed of a label and an input. The labels are positioned within the input when the page is loaded. When the user clicks an element to start typing, the label gently slides out of the element to leave you type. If you do not type, when the element loose the focus, the label slides back in. Very elegant. I like it a lot.
